• Provide leadership and direction for the overall pre-hire process (salaried & hourly) efforts within central United States to ensure recruiting targets are achieved and efficient onboarding practices are met • Responsible for 13 districts and 189 properties across 8 states • Create and implement comprehensive sourcing plans for open requisitions, including posting on external job boards, generating staff referrals, finding passive candidates, and executing other creative strategies to promote healthy, diverse talent pools• Leads team of 5 Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) to provide consistent delivery of recruitment services that elevates capability and drives accountability for workforce planning.
