As the Vice President of Ecommerce Design I am responsible for developing and maintaining a high quality art department that is also an enviable place to work! Instilling a sense of pride, ownership and teamwork is crucial to the growth of team members and this shows in our products and design work.Mad Engine has established relationships with companies such as Disney, Star Wars, Nintendo, Marvel, Warner Brothers, Universal, MGM, Sony, Paramount, Cartoon Network, FIFA and Netflix to name a few. The Design Team ensures that we are meeting the needs of our Licensors in terms of our development and brand initiatives as well as providing trend appropriate designs for all our ecommerce accounts and partners. A comprehensive understanding of down-stream methods and problem solving skills allow me to motivate team members and organize this process with efficiency.Specialties: Being able to creatively assess problems and provide solutions that achieve company goals.
