•Daily Safety Checks carried out on the vehicle before operating, logging, reporting any defects.•Loading the van and following a route with multiple stops to deliver packages to customers.•Adhere to all safety regulations within warehouse grounds and on the road.•Operate a scanning device for navigation, record keeping and troubleshooting any problems with deliveries/packages.•Greeting and interacting with our customers and the public in a friendly and professional manner.

•Understanding the restaurant’s business plan, corresponding reports, and metrics. Working with the Business Manager and management team to communicate and meet targets.•Oversee and communicate shift targets and goals to all team members, energising the team to meet them.•Ensuring order accuracy, quality and condition of products received.•Creating a positive, dynamic, and inclusive working environment.•Verify compliance with all McDonald’s policies and employment laws. Acting promptly and fairly on all employee disciplinary/performance concerns.•Monitoring and coaching to correct service procedures. Seeking customer feedback and responding to all customer complaints confidently, whilst using these complaints as feedback for opportunities for continuous improvement. •Ensuring cash controls are in place for shift (safe contents, skims, deposits, cash +/-) Checking security equipment for proper operation. Maintaining safety and security during the shift.•Reviewing the crew schedule to ensure staffing meets demand. Having labour controls in place for each hour.•Taking responsibility for training in all areas; looking for opportunities to improve and develop.
