- Served as a member of the Treehouse Legislative team to help create, implement, and inform policy for example: WA State HB 1999.- Assessed each youth using measurement tools provided by the Collaborative Analytics and Innovation team. Established and monitored every youths Student-Centered Plan for high school completion and the future. - Provided advocacy around school enrollment and continuity, appropriate education services, and appropriate discipline.- Monthly reconciliation of purchasing budget. - Managed effective relationships within each assigned school building and with social workers, caregivers, and other stakeholders to develop and support an appropriate team for each youth. - Maintained complete, accurate, and updated case records for a caseload of up to 30 youth and used the program database as a case management tool to monitor and record efforts daily. -Coordinated an after-school tutoring program that supported over 50 youth in the child welfare system.- Independently planned and facilitated monthly Boys Group mentoring program for two years. Engaged 40 mentees and coached/trained 15 mentors annually.
