ProfileI am an accomplished service and parts advisor now internally promoted with Sandown group to assistant Aftersales manager. An effective communicator and slowly self teaching British sign language I have a proven track record for being relied upon in my current role as a competent, trustworthy and knowledgeable assistant Aftersales manager who is completely customer focused putting them at the heart of everything I do and proficient in the key operating system Kerridge. Since being at BMW I have been proactive in learning new skills having completed an aftersales apprenticeship and being awarded with the leading light award, this hopefully demonstrates my ambition to learn and improve my skills further. I have a reputation for being a hard worker and ‘can do’ attitude and would definitely prove to add value and be an asset to your company given the opportunity. With JLR I have been recognised for my adaptability and have been selected to be part of a business development team. Part of my tasks include developing ideas to improve after sales customer satisfaction scores. These ideas are now part of our everyday process. During my time at Mercedes-Benz as a trusted member of the team i was selected to travel on behalf of the business to visit the Mercedes-benz campus in Dresden. Due to consistently delivering a strong and consistent target performance I am also the preferred choice over my colleagues to cover at other businesses within the group. I enjoy putting my hand up and volunteering to help the business where possible. This offers great opportunities to develop myself and learn other process’s. During my time as a Service Team Manager I have a broader view on how the after sales department is managed and how to deliver a profitable business via multiple KPI's and targets.
