Beautify and increase business for the City of Ventura through private/public collaboration and funding.Completed projects include Povar Plaza (across from entrance to the Pier), Soter Point (Marina Park), Repult Art City Bus Stop (Main St. & 33 Fwy.), and Bamier Entrance (on median to 33 Fwy).In progress projects include Chumash Art Museum (Palm St. Downtown), 207 sf mural depicting Ventura timeline in 15 panels (at 101 Fwy by Povar Plaza), and the Moving Sidewalk (combined transportation methods to connect Pierpont Beach/Ventura Keys, Beach, Harbor, Fairgrounds, and Downtown areas of interest with on/off points along the way).Conceptual design is underway to transform Main Street in Downtown Ventura into a pedestrian retail shopping mecca.
