I have worked in the protective coatings industry for the past eighteen years. Multi store management, inside and outside sales, created sales based initiatives for customers, create and develop new accounts, payroll management, shop management, inventory management. Throughout my time in the protective coatings industry we have grown our stores to be a consistent top five franchise in North America. We have also grown our stores to be in the top two of five hundred plus franchises in aftermarket accessory sales.
