SiPV Research and Device Characterization

•Identify opportunities for process, equipment enhancement, Plan and implement activities to achieve objectives.•Lead and facilitate Process Teams to meet production schedules, machines efficiencies, quality level and its stability.•Perform the tasks of developing equipment maintenance procedures as well as perform installation of equipment for various engineering applications •Handle responsibilities of increasing the uptime of semiconductor equipment by coordinating with technical team and vendors •Co-ordinate the work of in-house supporting services and vendors for successful implementation of assigned projects during planning, engineering execution and installation phases.•Assigned the tasks of scheduling maintenance work as well as monitoring of manufacturing equipment •Responsible for preparing records of database of semiconductor equipment used for various machineries •Handle the tasks of assembling, repairing, and adjusting semiconductor equipment as per maintenance specifications•Harmonized in engineering experiments like Equipment evaluation/Retro-fitting, Process monitoring methods to ensure production optimization. Ensure projects are accomplished in timely fashion and within budgeted cost.•Establish, implement and document all specifications to be in-line with our Quality System requirements. Update all documents to reflect subsequent changes.•Used Design of Engineering Experiments (DOE) for evaluation of process problem and process capability studies.•Has worked as Super User for Spare parts management inventory control using SAP for the replacement of equipment spare parts.•Perform statistical process control and data analysis to increase tool performance, and recognize equipment issues for process enhancements, hardware Design and evaluate technical methods for troubleshooting

•Responsible for operating and maintaining the plant equipments.•Skilled in trouble shooting of thin film Fab equipments such as MRC, Varian, Balzer etc.•Oversee the management and maintenance of fab equipment, ensuring that equipment is properly calibrated following manufacturer’s instructions. •Evaluate equipment for safety, efficiency, and effectiveness. •Worked with the regulatory departments to ensure project specification met the appropriate standards.•Plan and Design for new requirements etc. Preparation of engineering reports and manages data.
