Customer relations:1. Interact with the customer's on a day to day basis to resolve any queries arising in the production department and to reply them back.2. Answer to customers' queries and meet their requirements.3. This involves contacting customers through emails, phone calls, or via video conferencing.4. Interact with the production team and understand their requirements.5. Raise an invoice to the customer when a job is finished.6. Visit the customer personally whenever possible to understand their process better and to share the knowledge.7. Address a feedback that is received from the customer and ensure preventive measures are put in.8. Ensure timely delivery of jobs with quality.9. Ensure the SLAs are strictly followed.10. Ensure there is no deviation from the standard operating procedures.11. Report to the Vice President.
