I am a junior studying Management at Indiana University’s O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. My experiences in employment, volunteering, and my current internship have equipped me with a strong foundation in teamwork, time management, communication, and leadership.Currently, I serve as an Assistant Fundraising Coordinator Intern for the Foundation of Monroe County Schools. In this role, I lead the “Reading, Writing, & Bidding” online auction, which raises nearly $20,000 annually, and contribute to additional fundraising initiatives. This internship has also allowed me to explore other aspects of nonprofit management, such as preparing an annual report and coordinating events.Previously, I worked as a grounds crew member at Stony Creek Golf Club, where I developed strong team collaboration and time management skills by ensuring operations were completed on a strict schedule. Additionally, as a volunteer coordinator for the Good Samaritan Network Holiday Event, I managed schedules for volunteers and supported event logistics, further strengthening my organizational and communication skills.These diverse experiences have prepared me to contribute effectively in professional settings, and I am actively seeking opportunities to continue building my skills and making an impact.
