Platform Manager
• Responsible for understanding the customer RFQ requirements, working with various groups related to bench marking, analyzing true component and manufacturing cost, offer enhanced or new products that meet RFQ specifications, strategize competitive price to win the business, a plan to bring up the OI% to corporate standard, review the business case with Sr. Executive management, submit the quote, win the business, set up work orders, complete design, kick off tools, engineering change control meetings, BOM releases, Color/Grain approval, Support all builds locally and globally, managing internal product PM’s, monitor risky suppliers, constant adaption to the changing needs from the customer side, and launch the product flawlessly on time while meeting or beating the budget. This is a typical two (2) to three (3) life cycle process • Working on launching the 2021 Hyundai Sonata Sport - Nline Seats • Launched the 2020 Hyundai Sonata (DN8) Seats • Launched the 2018 face lift seats for the Hyundai Sonata (LFa) Seats • Launched the 2016 seats for the Hyundai Elantra (ADa) Seats • Launched the 2014 face lift seats for the Hyundai Elantra Seats
