As a member of the Business Solutions Group of Detica NetReveal Europe, my role is to support the presales process by:- answering RFI/RFP;- demonstrating our solutions to the prospects;- participating to pre-scoping sessions in order to ensure that our solutions are compatible with the prospect needs.My responsibilities are not ending with the signature of a contract as I should ensure customer satisfaction, and therefore open cross-sell/up-sell possibilities by:- over viewing the scoping phase of the projects;- providing expertise to our customers during the entire project;- gathering requests from our client base in order to integrate them in our solutions.I can achieve this thanks to my experience as a Business Analyst which gave me:- an excellent knowledge of our solutions;- a deep understanding of the financial institutions needs in the field of anti-fraud and compliance;- good relationships with many financial institutions across Europe and particularly in France.

As a member of the Documentation and Scientific Library department, my role was to support the end-users during the first months of use of a new Integrated Library System (Aleph 500).My responsibilities were:- to collect the business requirements of the end-users;- to configure the product in order to meet those requirements;- to act as an intermediary with the software editor concerning the requirements that could not be implemented through configuration.
