- Work directly with Sony PlayStation & Sony Electronics managers to oversee the contingent workforce program including recruiting, onboarding, managing a workforce of over 200 employees, pay and benefit questions, performance coaching, employee relations, orientations, and offboarding. This includes building and maintaining relationships with customers and managed contract staff, from entry level to executive level, among a highly creative workforce- Provide support and guidance to client managers on hiring decisions, contract labor laws, workforce management, pay structures, and HR policies and procedures- Manage & execute PMO operations as a member of the PMO team- Daily contingent workforce tracking through VMS tools and Microsoft Excel- Perform monthly expenditure audits, data loads, and data analysis- Track and report department metrics and trends - including, but not limited to spend analytics, labor hours worked, percentage of spend by time entry type, recruiting trends, daily & monthly headcount, turnover (voluntary vs involuntary), elements of client targeted bill rates & pay rates vs current actual bill rates and pay rates, YTD spend trends, etc.
