• Execute and document first article inspections on orthopedic parts machined on Swiss lathes and five axis mills
• Responsible for writing and executing CMM programs on Vertex 220 measurement system for orthopedic screws and plates
• Assist quality and engineering departments on new projects and prototype development
• Support assembly technicians in resolving or improving quality related issues
• Work with the quality team to find root cause of non-conforming product and contribute in developing corrective actions.
• Assist engineering with gauge R&Rs as needed
