During this ten week internship I was exposed to the accounting side of a business. I worked in the accounts payable department while gaining experience in all areas of accounting. My tasks included: invoicing and paying bills, creating spreadsheets to show data trends, depositing checks, working with unclaimed property for multiple states, and helping the company controller with day to day operations.
