With years of strong academic performance and hands-on programming experience, my purpose is to make an impact by improving people's lives through the use of tech.I have worked as a front-end developer for multiple years now. I have seen it all. Everything from optimization to accessibility, to testing and writing efficient algorithms.I have worked in multiple startups and I have had the opportunity to build my own startup. While I was in college, studying Computer Science I was also developing AlliesPro, my first startup.AlliesPro is the world's first Pay Per File System where savvy solo professionals and freelancers get paid on time! Thanks to this side project, which later became a startup, I was featured in the CALIFORNIA (CAL) STATE UNIVERSITY EAST BAY newspaper. While studying, I also worked full-time on my startup, sacrificing weekends and holidays for the success of the company. That's how passionate I'm about building apps that can have a positive impact on society.I'm looking for a new challenge and a fresh new start at a company that is making a positive impact on society.I value:- Humbleness- Honesty- SincerityIf I join a company is because:- They are trying to improve the lives of the most unfortunate.- They value people's lives, health, time, information, and security.- They offer a unique solution to a big problem.

Lead Frontend EngineerIntegrity Marketing Group Llc Feb 2023 - PresentDallas, Texas, UsAs the lead front-end engineer at Integrity, I designed a solution to develop products faster while working with vague requirements. This architecture helped increase the team’s output. I also created an NPM library used by the company, which helped throughput and speed to market since developers didn’t have to recreate existing components.I have worked closely with the manager of Connect on improving the deployment pipelines, adding test coverage, optimizing code, and refactoring complex components to smaller, more efficient ones. I also communicate constantly with designers to improve functionality and user experience, directly affecting how users perceive and engage with our products. Ever since my arrival, the team has undergone a substantial enhancement by incorporating Typescript, new front-end technologies, and best practices. For example, although responsive design is not a priority, all the features deployed in the past months accommodate various device widths, which helps elevate the company's brand.Given the task of leading the front-end team, the organization's architectural patterns and coding standards have solidified. In the past few months, through code reviews and constructive feedback, team members have adhered to coding standards and best practices; thus, the project's throughput and stability have increased drastically. One of my most significant accomplishments was refactoring a PDF viewer with 400 lines of code to 50. Not only was the code easier to read, but it was also faster and had a better graphical user interface. -
Frontend DeveloperBond Financial Technologies, Inc. Sep 2019 - Jul 2022San Francisco, Ca, UsBond is a powerful, all-in-one platform that offers financial products such as bank accounts, authentication, debit card, and money movement through the use of APIs.Bond also has a web application where clients can see:- a list of all the API calls being made to their services - a list of money being transferred - KYC & KYB passing rates - an admin panel to manage user authorization and authentication- a list of fraudulent activities in the system, among other things. At Bond, I was among the first 3 employees that were hired (founding team). There I developed the first web-app using: HTML, CSS, Javascript, React, and GraphQL. I worked in the front-end team building the following features:- API Calls: This feature helped prevent, detect, and report suspicious activity. This feature helps the organization and stakeholders have a better understanding of how the product was being used.- KYB and KYC dashboard: Accept or deny customers based on their information. This feature has one of the most difficult because it was handling customer-sensitive information (PII) such as SSN. - Admin Panel: Manage user's data, authentication, and privileges. This feature help ease the use of the app to none developers. But, I also worked on the back-end:- KYB: Through the use of third-party APIs we authenticated businesses and prevented fraudulent businesses from using our services.- KYC: Through the use of third-party APIs we authenticated customers and prevented fraudulent actors from transferring and sending money. -
Full Stack EngineerAlliespro Jan 2016 - Sep 2019San Francisco Bay Area, California, UsAlliesPro is a web app that helps hundreds of freelancers secure their files and receive their payments on time. At AlliesPro, I was the CTO of the company. My brother and I started this company from the ground up. I built the following features as a Front-End developer at AlliesPro:- Payment system: Users could easily interact with the app to transfer money by providing their account and routing numbers. - Files sharing: Users could transfer files by clicking and dragging them into the web interface.- Chat System: Users could send text messages and even record their voices using their microphones. This feature also worked on mobile.- Authentication: Bad actors were prevented from creating fake accounts. Every user had to confirm their email and phone numbers.- Gig Search: The most crucial feature of Alliespro. It helped users find gigs near their area quickly and effectively. It also helped increase user retention by 15 minutes on average.I also work on the backend. - Gig Search: I developed a web scraper that would go to third-parties websites and scrape gigs' information from their website. This helped increase the number of gigs posted by 140%.- Chat System: Users could chat by sending text messages, voice messages, and drawings.- Payment System: Users could transfer money between them securely. I used a third-party vendor called "Braintree" to link bank accounts.- File-Sharing: Users were able to send files quickly regardless of the file size. I used "Firebase" to achieve this functionality.
