Within the trade sales facility, I support the team by helping them to organise shop stock, identifying opportunities to create a welcoming environment to maximise sales. I also conduct inventory management to track the stock level, both in-person and using the inventory management system. I work closely with the Quality Control team to pro-actively identify any product issues, and efficiently resolve these. Where the customer has an issue with a product, I’m the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints. I use the in-house system to run monthly and daily sales reports and work closely with the Finance team for invoice transactions and banking cash.
