I am the 7th generation Shafer to steward our 300 acre grain, hay and livestock (mostly sheep) farm. I grew up learning everything from diesel mechanics, to soil conservation, futures contracting, animal sciences, and more! I have a deep respect and passion for the environment, agriculture, sustainability, and as an adult am incorporating this into my professional tech strategy consulting career.
