1. Developed/reviewed all CCFC communities Emergency Preparedness Plans2. Conducted Participatory Vulnerability Capacity Assessment (PVCA) of CCFC program communities in 9 districts3. Liaised relevant stakeholders including NADMO, the Ghana Red Cross Society, the Ghana National Fire Service etc. to provide capacity building in fire fighting, First Aid Administration, Rescue Operation etc. to Youth Brigades (Disaster Committees) established in CCFC program communities4. Facilitated and coordinated the development of CCFC Ghana Country Office Emergency Preparedness Plan and Emergency Preparedness Communication Plan5. Trained CBO/Partner organization of CCFC in Child Protection in Emergency (CPiE) including the setting up and management of Child Friendly Spaces (CFS) in emergencies6. Served as CCFC lead officer maintaining, facilitating and enhancing relationship with both State Agencies and non state institutions stakeholders in Disaster Risk Reduction and Response7. Conducted first ever Baseline on Knowledge, Attitude and Practice (KAP) of CCFC program communities in Disaster Risk Reduction and management

1. Coordinated and facilitated the rolling out of Child Protection community facilitation Toolkits and associated Child Protection Manual in over 40 communities in 7 districts in Northern Ghana2. Trained formal child protection structures at the community level including DOVVSU, CHRAJ, NCCE, Department of Social Welfare and Community Development, District Executive Committees etc. on their roles and responsibilities as contained in the Child and Family Welfare Policy3. Collaborated with Social Welfare to rescue Children from child marriage and harm against children in rural communities.4. Conducted and dissiminated Baseline and Endline studies of child protection issues in four districts (Gushiegu, Tolon, Kumbungu and Sagnarigu) in Northern region5. Collected and Shared Human Interest Stories / Most Significant Change Stories in Child Protection6. Submitted quarterly and end of project reports including narrative and financial reporting using the FACE form

1. Assessed flow rate of over 200 community / institutional water points2. Assessed water quality by testing arsenic level, fluoride concentration, Ecoli Testing, Turbidity reading, Conductivity reading and PH level etc.

Tracked and reported on budgetary allocations to WASH sector in collaboration with the Budget Officers, DCDs, District Planning Officers, District Water and Sanitation Teams, Water and Sanitation Development Boards in Gushegu, Bongo and Wa East DAs.2. Organized citizens’ engagement on critical issues including WASH governance and management that contributed to the completion of Water Aid Governance and Transparency Fund report3. Undertook and reported to Water Aid on power analysis at the Bongo district in Upper East region of Ghana. 4. Developed checklist for the monitoring and evaluation of project Results Based Impacts.5. Engaged communities, stakeholders including District Assembly sub-structures on WASH, private service providers, traditional authorities etc. to design, plan and implement WASH governance systems (e.g. WASH Facility Management Plan).
