  I have been trying cases, arguing appeals and counseling clients on compliance matters for over 30 years. My primary focus is employment law and the wide range of issues that arise from conflicts between those who run businesses and those who work for them. But in addition to employment cases, I have tried matters of all types: construction, professional malpractice, commercial torts, contract, slip and fall, auto accident, fraud, even criminal. I represent companies large and small and people from all walks of life. I am an advocate, not an activist. I graduated from Rutgers College with highest honors in 1984. I graduated from Rutgers Law School in 1988 and earned an LL.M in employment law from NYU Law School in 2005. On receiving the LL.M, I received the Seymour Goldstein Award for Distinction in the Labor and Employment Law Program. In 2006, my NYU thesis was published by the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Labor and Employment Law (now called the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law). I have been designated a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey since 2008.
