Development of an Analog-to-Digital Converter (SAR ADC) System-on-Chip with Cadence Virtuoso :- Analysis of constraints and set up of specifications- Design and Simulation of the ADC components (S&H, comparator, control logic, frequency divider) on Cadence Virtuoso Design with 130nm CMOS technology.- Development of an 8-bit successive approximations register with J-K flip-flops and mainly NAND gates.- Layout of the IC with NMOS / PMOS transistors, resistors and capacitors components on 5 metal layers, hands on DRC and LVS Rules of IC's fabrication.- Final component with more than 500 transistors integrated on a 1.2x1.2mm SoC

This project aims to evaluate hydraulic and thermal performances of green roofs.Tools used:- Arduino IDE: Control of the sensors, protection and timestamp of the data using a SD Shield and a RTC.- Android Studio: Creation of an application for the reception of the data through WiFi.
