Currently, I am dunnhumby's Americas Support Bar Analyst which extends to Canada, Latin America, The UK, New Zealand and more! It's been a great first year with amazing staff members passionate about what they do! I love supporting them do what they're passionate about! Everything done is not only to help businesses but the consumer's needs and wants as well! Helping people during times of need is a goal worth working for. Past experience with monitoring, managing, and supporting Microsoft, Apple and Linux systems by creating, patching, and updating systems both physically and with software. Working in person and remotely to support the customer first providing quick expert assistance.I am not limited to computer hardware by also providing installation and support for network needs. Installation, repair and relocation of devices if required.I am fully capable of working with Active Directory - from creating user accounts, groups, email set up, management and troubleshooting. I've prepared Group Policy to install, update and manage Windows Client systems and Servers. I have been in contact with support admins from Apple, Ruckus, Transtracks and Lenovo. I’ve done Phone calls, conference calls, remote sessions, and return merchandise authorizations.I supported speaker systems and security cameras on school sites which includes troubleshooting, maintaining and replacing defective devices and/or wiring.I have been required to train, guide and support the Tech department techs also creating documentation so they can do tasks I have had the lead on. Examples would be how to image Macs and PCs, the Mac set up workflow after imaging, the Windows set up workflow after imaging and other things that may come up. This is on going as required when techs have had questions.
