Present findings to Historic Properties Work Group. Develop a Request for Proposals for adaptive re-use of City properties. -Provide customer service to clients seeking to rent the Baltimore War Memorial. Responsible for processing reservation requests and event planning for both internal and external clients. Develop a fee schedule for usage of the building. -Supervise and collaborate with two college-aged interns at the War Memorial to design museum exhibits.-Use Microsoft Excel to analyze building use and preparing executive summaries of information.
