As Arcade’s Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) Samuel is responsible for business development with an eye towards identifying new market/sales prospects and driving business growth and requirements for product development. As a Senior Consultant he focuses on digital transformation, business (re-)engineering and business strategies. Sam supports Arcade’s clients in their transformation projects with intuition and empathy. In 2000 he started his own business developing web-applications. He studied Business and Administration at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and specialised in Marketing Services. From 2009-2015 he managed a CHF150m project to build a new fibre network in Lucerne. In 2014 he completed his Executive MBA in Business Engineering at the University of St. Gallen. He has a strong track record in finding solutions to complex issues, dealing with innovation, digital transformation and change management. He feels comfortable balancing between agility and cultural change. He likes a positive team spirit, good partnerships, cool clients (!), dynamic projects, a fast moving enviroment and to be proactive in his business dealings.
