Responsibilities include development of guiding documents and processes for operation, creation of desktop instructions, roles/responsibilities of team members, and ensuring compliance with EHS requirements.Collect and calculate metrics establishing customer and supplier value. Primary point of contact for resource partners within Everett Employee Development Resource Centers. Lead a cross-functional teams (Learning Training and Development), outside vendor, Joint Programs) in development of extensive plan to reduce cycle time from identification of training need to class completion.

Project management leadership roles included documenting daily activities required for functionality of Everett Employee Development Resource Centers. As team leader, I engaged supply chain management integration through union of three separate organizations required to support concept and execution: Learning Training and Development, Quality Through Training Program, and Manufacturing. Responsibilities included facilitation of 3P exercise to draft development of Employee Development Resource Center concept through plan of execution. In support of LTD resourcing plan, I managed transition of re-certification lab staffing to outside vendor, inclusive of contract negotiation and process development.

Developed self-paced assessment and modular training of Product Specification Departures System for Product Systems Integration program. Managed curriculum for multiple seal courses. Qualified to deliver approximately 18 separate certification courses resulting in certifying thousands of employees to strict Engineering Standards.
