Retired after 22 years of active duty service in The United States Navy. 15 of those years were spent in Naval Special Warfare as Special Communications and Technical Operations Chief for 5 different SEAL teams during 8 overseas deployments.My training includes the NSA's Basic Technical Operators Course held in Fort Washington, MD. Advanced Physical and Technical Surveillance, Clandestine Methods of Entry, Non-Standard Communications and Encryption, Enhanced Force Protection and Security, Aperture Academy's Long Range Photography, Advanced Combat Skills, and Offensive and Defensive Driving.For the last 5 years have been in a senior leadership role focusing on professional development for younger personnel, recruiting and assessment, and long term planning and engagement for new and emerging technologies. Coordinated and implemented contracting for advanced and sustainment training on new techniques and tactics for future growth in our community. Furthermore, developed logistical controls and measures that increased purchasing while still staying within budgetary constraints. Led, coordinated, and managed 27 people in 6 different countries that were solely responsible for all technical operations throughout the Indo-Pacific region and Middle East. Responsible for annual budget of $1.2 million, $24.2 million dollars in equipment, and $44 million in operational sites as well as infrasturcture.
