Current• Provide clear direction and communication on sales priorities, plans and goals within departments.• Drives positive outcomes of key sales indicators within the business in support of store revenue, margin and net operating profit (NOP) goals• Responsible for operations, sales, the customer experience, and supervision of the Outlet team (17).• Responsible for hiring, staffing, and effective labor management.• Establish a network throughout the Marketplace / District to assist in alleviating local or distressed inventory• Responsible for YoY growth through development, networking and relationship building with clients and businesses• Coach leadership team to ensure high level of sales and job proficiency.
