10 week internship/associate position with NLS in their housing unit to assist with Landlord Tenant proceedings within primarily Erie and Niagara county. Assisted with the representation of clients in LT special proceedings under a practice order, and assisted with comprehensive legal support in the various phases of litigation. Performed in-depth legal research and memoranda, answers, appeals, compliance, procedural requirements, and many other tasks relative to this area of law. Work included collaboration with supervising attorneys, legal professionals and continuing education for better performance.
