I educate and assist in providing solutions for persons entering the Medicare arena. This is done with the upmost care and respect for the client.

I provide exceptional design education and solutions for clients of all sorts custom framing problems. I create an enjoyable and unique experience that results in the best possible custom framing solutions.

Developed and maintained great working relationships with clients of all types, aiding them by finding solutions for their jewelry problems, all while creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience. To be proficient in this role it was necessary to master design as well as communication skills, but above all connecting with clients to put their worries at ease. It was not uncommon to deal with large amounts of expensive merchandise in front of a client, this must be done in a calm and professional manner.

Lead an exceptional group of young people to reach goals they often thought unattainable, be that both in the pool and in relationship building.

• Responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of 139 Top Secret circuits which requires meticulous checking, logging and updating with codes, equipment and message traffic that are all Top Secret sensitive.• Conducted training for all incoming sailors, requiring great interpersonal communication skills to lead each sailor and team to success. • As a supervisor, successfully led 12 different personalities bringing them together to conduct daily tasks of monitoring message traffic over internet communication lines, monitoring physical cryptographic equipment, and troubleshooting with all ships in the United States Pacific Fleet.• Expressed a great ability to give group presentations and speeches.• Became proficient in many software programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.
