Maintained a job at Giant Food Stores for seven years straight starting at age 16 until age 23 while in the midst of high school and college. Took on many different roles amongst the store than included and ranged from operating the bakery section and beer garden solo, running cashier, janitorial duties, changing advertisements and gathering carts. Playing my role in a job like this not only showed skills I could bring to the table, but realize what I was good at and could capitalize focusing on. It gave me a perspective of starting from the ground up, realizing that the deemed "smaller roles" others may brush off provide much support to the company.Successfully operated my own type of shoe resale business while in college to acquire real life personal business skills on top of juggling BSBA certified classes to further this knowledge. College genuinely made me a much tougher person mentally, pushing me to have gone through hardships only I could work myself out of, building true character. Whether this be better thinking habits, breaking out of my shell putting myself out in new situations, picking up tidbits having my eyes up and ears open every chance I could. Overall I took a lot away, learning life lessons, enjoying finding the right major, having a very close relationship with my advisors and professors.Following my true goal and passion of getting my foot in the door in the legal cannabis industry to where I currently am today, at Trulieve. This job has given me a chance to learn the business scale on a much broader perspective than what I could ever do on my own. It has also given me a shot to show my high energy work ethic as well as knowledge towards the products as well as people. This is a topic I take very seriously and day in day out wish to further my overall knowledge. I'm a huge advocate for others being able to find their own way that works for them with no judgment or persecution, at the end of the day everyone is different. One of the biggest things I push for is clean medicine at a fair price. It has always been patients over profit avoiding cheap sales gimmicks treating this as medicine like it should.
