Oversee the assessment and evaluation of needs of the targeted affected communities by the cyclone IDAI in the area of intervention of the project, participate in the selection and interviews of new collaborators, create and implement a plan of intervention, create any accurate data base of the beneficiaries, lease with the local authorities for the coordination of intervention, follow up the tenders for the provision of goods to the project, ensure that the huge volumes of the acquire goods are stored a stored properly and are secure, create any efficient administrative and operative system of distribution of emergency kits, lead the distribution rounds of humanitarian kits, asses and implement the income generation activities to the affected communities for their livelihood recovery, create and implement a feedback mechanism to evaluate the effectiveness of the project and the level of satisfaction of the beneficiaries, in partnership with community based organization, promote the sensitization of the communities in prevention of water borne diseases and personal hygiene, oversee the creation of friendly spaces for children affected by the cyclone Idai and their safeguarding including protection of vulnerable women in the communities, ensue a rational, sound and safe use of the assets of the project, participate in the periodic inventories and attend the requests of the auditors of the project, participate in INGC and ONGs cluster coordination meetings, elaborate plan activities’ reports.
