I am a Certified SAP Human Capital Management Consultant, a Certified Tax Accountant and a holder of Master of Science degree in Strategic Management. I hold various diplomas with a bias towards Accounting. I am employed by the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) as a Chief Training Officer but currently the Acting Head - Human Resources Administration. My experience in fiscal administration matters dates back to as early as June 1986 when I joined the former Department of Taxes. In 2014 I was appointed to the ZIMRA Examinations Board. I have had various stints on the international front primarily on capacity building issues. My aim is to become an internationally acclaimed training officer and consultant on fiscal matters especially with regards to the taxation of multinational enterprises (MNEs).
