As a bartender at the 100 Club, I serve and prepare drinks in a fast-paced and high-demand environment. My responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organised bar throughout the night, ensuring all health and safety standards are met, and closing the bar at the end of the shift by thoroughly cleaning surfaces and glassware.

I have worked at Pines and Needles for four winter seasons, progressing from a sales assistant to a floating store manager. In my first season, I supported various stores across London. In my second and third years, I was promoted to assistant manager at the Maida Vale store, where I managed daily operations, staff, and customer satisfaction.In my fourth year, I became a floating store manager, overseeing key locations like Kenwood House and Chiswick. My responsibilities included inventory management, staff leadership, and ensuring a smooth customer experience during the busy holiday season. After Christmas, I also ran a tree collection service with my father, extending my role into mid-January.

I completed a month-long internship at Two Circles, a data-driven sports marketing agency. During my time there, I was responsible for compiling and presenting company reports, as well as organising extensive Excel spreadsheets. This experience provided me with valuable insights into the workings of a growing office in London and enhanced my skills in data analysis and report generation.

I worked at the Duke of Wellington Pub, a busy Young's establishment on Portobello High Street, during two periods: May to September after my gap year, and June to September during my first university summer break.As a team member, I maintained a clean bar, followed health and safety regulations, and delivered excellent customer service. I was also trained to prepare a range of cocktails.
