We had the best injury rate in the industry and went twice with out injury in a year. we went from one building too four buildings 25 employees to close to 100 employees and 30 percent were temporary so always training. work 6 to 7 days a week 10 to 12 a day for 20 years and took every class they made available from me and even took classes twice. With the help of CRI Rebuilders me and Dan Morris built the strongest most powerful Centerless grinder in its class. We had some of the bests yields and on time performance and tactics time in the business. Only missed total in 29 years maybe 15 days and I had two sons and mouth cancer that I beat and always lost vacation days dint have time to take and was the only supervisor who worked every holiday so employees and company could make extra money..
