Senior Implementation Manager
Current• Provide vision, leadership, and coaching to all team members relative to a best-in-class client onboarding experience• Lead a team of front line managers to facilitate effective and accurate set ups of complex implementations• Cultivate relationships with Sales to understand clients’ expectations and reasons for choosing Paycor• Collaborate with Product Development/IT to understand Paycor’s product capabilities and how they address clients’ needs• Work with internal business partners to investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot sensible solutions to technical anomalies between clients’ and Paycor systems• Recognize and manage the implementation of efficiency gains to maximize the client experience and to establish a culture of continuous improvement• Partner with Client Support to effectively transition clients from start up to ongoing maintenance• Maintain a close connection to all active implementation projects; communicate status updates to various stakeholders• Establish and maintain a high level of client satisfaction• Foster a working environment that is energized, motivating and contributes to the positive associate engagement• Evaluate workflow and associate capacity to maximize resources and to provide highest level of client service• Hire and staff team appropriately with recommendations for both short and long term workforce capacity models• Manage and analyze key Implementation metrics to assess the team’s performance relative to client service; recognize trends and lead actions to maximize productivity and efficiencies• Oversee internal workflow policies/procedures; recommend and manage improvement efforts• Serve as the highest escalation point, visiting clients on site when appropriate• Manage expenses within the established budget and achieve targeted associate retention goals
