Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations.  Is responsible for bringing compliance issues to the attention of management.Assures quality customer service to all customers. Maintains accurate records and documentation. Assists with training. Performs record review as assigned. Performs moderate complexity testing (e.g. CMV testing, Hgb S testing and operation of a cell counter).Performs preventive maintenance on equipment.  Notifies appropriate personnel if additional service is needed. Performs quarantine as required. Assists in reconciliation of reports. Performs high complexity testing (e.g., antigen screens, antibody ID, and cross match) Performs all other duties as assigned
