● Position within Online trade reporting into the Trading Manager to drive trading performance on gift and Seasonal Assortments (including Christmas) within johnlewis.com.● Weekly / Seasonal trading performance reporting (£ sales, conversion, visits, AOV, availability) identifying opportunities, risks and improvements to customer experience to drive category revenue and deliver longer term trading plan.● Set direction of merchandising and customer journey strategy for Gifts and Seasonal assortments, working closely with the Online Merchandiser to deliver journey improvements. This includes site hierarchy, facets, creative execution (banners etc), grid ordering, SEO optimisation. ● Use Adobe analytics, SessionCam and other reporting tools to review web page performance and improve customer journey.● Endeca / ATG / reporting systems SME. Provide training to and represent John Lewis Online Trade team on IT and Product development projects consulting on CMS tool usage and process improvements. ● Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure online focus and appropriate representation. Stakeholders include Buying and Merchandising, Central Marketing, Digital Channels, UX and Online Product. ● Propose and brief multi variant / customer user testing to collate quantitative and qualitative data to aid optimisation decision making.

● Central operational role managing the daily website operations, act as a key point of communication for website changes. Expert user of Merchandising Systems advising on execution and best practice whilst prioritising bug fixes.
