Experience with additive manufacturing (AM)capacitors, transformers, and other related components inthe MEMS Technologies department.● Machine Design/Maintenance○ Build, improve, and maintain custom direct write systems for additivemanufacturing○ Experience with design and maintenance of several commercial additivemanufacturing machines, including SLA (Formlabs), FDM (Prusa i3 MK3S, StratasysF120, Ultimaker), Aerosol (Nano-jet, Sonotek), and Polyjet (Stratasys Objet260Connex1).○ Performing GD&T on designs and documents.○ Design for the ability to be manufactured based on specific manufacturingprocesses.○ Fixture Design to expand capabilities of custom machines.○ Experience with writing G-code for custom-built printers.● Materials○ Ink formulation for aerosol printing○ Experience with characterization methods such as optical microscopy, stylusprofilometry, 4-point probing.● Software○ Proficient with modeling software such as SolidWorks, Creo, and Fusion.● Lab Ownership○ Alternate lab owner in charge of maintaining lab documents, including PHS, OP’s.○ Safety Case, PSDPs, wastewater permits, and hazardous waste○ Training of lab users● Trainings○ Pressure Installer○ Certified Electrical Inspector
