I am Kwan Ho Suen from Hong Kong. I am 28 years old.I am certified in ATCL by Trinity of London in violin. I have been a music instrument teacher and live performer for over 10 years. I am working in three centre and school with around 40 students.I am passionated about teaching and playing music. The four keywords that can describe me the best are: rebuild, creative, kindness and simplify. In the past 10 years, I create lots of different music style in the live performance shows which were base on some existing music with some new arrangement and element. I think seeking for more creativity is more important than seeking the texture and tone of the sound and technique nowadays. Technology can give us perfect intonation in perfect timing by just ‘one click’. But the creativity is the only thing that can represent your own personality.‘Although music is recognised as a creative art form, not all musicians would consider themselves creative.’Some of my violin student are playing pretty good on their instrument but they focus too much on the music sheet without their own thought and any creativity. In the western classical tradition music, they focus on the history of the composers, story behind the song. However, they always forget their own feelings about the song and what they want to express to the audience. For different violinists or musicians, they always play with their own style and never be the same as others.
