Manage day to day operations at the 1600 room Fontainebleau Hotel. Including reviewing D.O.R, rate checks, operational reports, scheduling, training and development, interviewing, etc.

With the help of two assistants ran the on board experience for our guest including day to day management of up to 35 employees. Managed housekeeping, guest services, sales, marketing, cashiering and off ship excursions. Very detailed scheduling, training, and presentation skills were required.

Interned for the Front Office/Guest Services. Was able to learn the system for this 800 room private hotel and become a leader for other interns in the process. Spent some time in concierge, housekeeping, sales and marketing.
