I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented management major seeking experience-building opportunities in the fields of Business Management, Sales, and Marketing and Development. I am a collaborative team player, a fast learner, and a natural leader. Our values are what put us on the path to our future. Three values I uphold are growth, communication, and competitiveness. Words I live by every day, "Every day is another opportunity to become the best". To me, these words focus on competing daily with yourself to ensure you are growing as an individual. I do not believe in comparing myself to others or their work but instead with myself. It is this mindset that pushes me to achieve my short and long-term goals. Additionally, my competitive nature is evident in every facet of my life from academics to daily activities with my peers. As a division one athlete, I learned how to bring out my competitive nature in a focused yet intense way. Lastly, it is most rewarding when my work is improving the lives of others. I believe in communication to support understanding others not only in team settings but to avoid setbacks as a whole. It is my ability to understand and help others that motivates me to work in the healthcare management field.
