• Manage project with budget of $3m+, including forecasting, budgeting, onboarding all contractors, employees and necessary tools for the message queue migration project(MTeX), alert and events framework, and the private cloud• Manage the onboarding and adoption of a custom-built query regression tool, which is used to reduce trade and message query times by up to 90%, to preemptively prevent major incidents from occurring• Led rebuild project of an internal bank messaging system, offering higher availability and resiliency • Interface directly with waterfall and scrum teams including developers, SQA/UAT, and management • Provide new tickets and updates in Jira, add documentation in Confluence for FTP middleware project
