Samuel currently leads the digital transformation in the Land Transport Authority’s infrastructure development projects. He is dedicated in driving digital transformation and innovation within the Infrastructure industry. He envisages and believes in a near future where a connected digitalised engineering eco-system will exist to address multiple stakeholders’ requirements; adhering to information management principles to improve information coordination, enable data mining and analysis capabilities and resource for knowledge and information management.
