Good experience on International standards such as API, ASTM, ASME, NACE, ANSI, NORSOK, EN-UNI, DIN, MSS, IEC; other TOTAL, SHELL, BP & G.E.- Witness of forging operations on different types of forgings and materials.- Witness of Mechanical Test according to ASTM, EN & API.- Witness of run-out check on shafts and rotors.- Witness of (PT & MT – Normal & Fluorescent), UT & VT examinations against applicable specs, standards and codes.- Witness of hydraulic, pneumatic, torque and leak test (FET), functional tests on valves according to API 6A – API 6D – API 10000 – API 15000.- Witness of PR2 of valves (prototype).- Witness of hydraulic and performance test, Mechanical/running test, NPSH, Noise level, temperature and vibration check, String Test & Completed Unit Test on pumps.- Witness of welding check, hydraulic test, visual & dimensional on Pumps & Plan lines.- Witness check of Fit-up preparation on pipes lines (Cooling & Plan).- Witness of welding check, hydraulic test, visual & dimensional & final test on pressure vessels.- Witness of welding check, & dimensional check of Flare Package.- Witness of performance test, mechanical/running test, noise level, temperature and vibration check on blower, Skid Pumps, Compressor & Turbine.- Witness of coating check, painting DFT check, pull-off & Adhesion test.- Witness of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) on valves, Pumps skid, Blowers & Compressors.- Witness of FAT for Fire Fighting Devices.- Witness of Final Inspection & Packing Inspection of Skid pumps, blowers, compressor, valves, heat exchangers, Tanks.- Performance of expediting activity including check of production schedule and of manufacturer’s production capacity.- Site Supervisor of assembly- erections on industrial plant: on-site maintenance, inspection service work, revamping and commissioning activities in conformity to all safety, environmental and mechanical standards.
