During my time as a bartender I learned how to multitask in a fast-paced environment whilst delivering excellent costumer service and fulfilling each customers needs from all over the world.

During my time at Longines I was both a watch technician and a sales advisor. I enjoyed multitasking and being a valuable member of the team. I was independently responsible for the watch technician position of the store, including the stock and organisation of the technician station. The store was entrusted with the online costumer service enquires for the company which was also part of my job responsibilities.

The manager of the Fossil store requested I made the move with him to the Tissot store. Whilst at the Tissot store I was a sales associate who delivered excellent costumer service. The role also included dealing with repairs, ordering stock, as well as communicating with clients over email and phone.

During my degree I worked part-time as a sales assistant. I learned costumer service skills, visual merchandising, and meeting sales targets.
