•Handling Inbound Consol Containers & Co Loaded shipments •Updating Freight & local charges as per the tariff and agents Dr /Cr Note •Prepare container profitability for all Inbound & Outbound Containers. •Arrange for collection of NOC from shipping Line for Consol Boxes & Deliver Orders for co loaded shipments.•Negotiating Freights with co-loaders for on forwarding cargoes•Planning & coordinating Exports consol operations •Liaison roles with Clients, Warehouse, Shipping Lines, & Co Loaders •Maintaining MIS Vessel wise & fwd the same updated MIS to our Load Port Agent for Local as well as Transshipments Cargos.

•To lead a group of personnel towards achieving the set targets and goals of the company.•Marketing for Export / Import cargo to and fro around the World.•Good rapport with many shipping lines and capable in negotiation of competitive ocean freight with liners.•Liaison roles with Clients, Carriers and Overseas Partners. •Entire communication with overseas partners regarding enquiries and Import / Export shipments/ status.•Coordination with branches all over India and Overseas•Preparing MIS for the Sea Freight Division & presentations for annual meeting

•Handling Outbound Consol Containers & Co Loaded shipments •Arranging the OB/L for Release with Shipping Lines/Agents•Sending pre alerts & documents to agents once the shipment is planned & loaded •Handling interdepartmental matters independently
