As the CNC programmer, I was responsible for reading and interpreting project design elements, inputting cutting parameters relevant to the specific project, adjusting machine cutting paths, and performing quality checks on the final parts and signage assemblies. I also performed routine machine maintenance and troubleshooted any issues that arose during the manufacturing process.Starting from an unknown and non-functional state, I completely rebuilt the ShopBot PR-96 on-site, including the machine itself, as well as stepper control modules, controller board, and 90's-era desktop PC which ran the proprietary ShopBot control software.I also patched and overhauled the entire network infrastructure for all office equipment, including building and configuring a NAS box from spare parts for sharing documents between employees and archiving old digital artwork files.

I served as one of the first teaching assistants for both first-year engineering design courses under the direction of Dr. Lee Rynearson. My duties included grading homework assignments, student project status updates, exam grading, grade bookkeeping, and project development for the courses. I also assisted with a few major projects that affected future iterations of First-Year Engineering Design II as well as having logged entire semesters of coursework, grade data, and records that aided the school's ABET accreditation.

Under the direction of Mr. Charlie Price, I assisted in broadcasting all athletic events televised through the Big South Network as a Highlights Specialist. Assisted in setting up/tearing down major AV equipment and acting as supervisor for various campus events including graduation ceremonies for both Campbell University as well as all Harnett County High Schools, award ceremonies, private faculty parties, weddings, concerts, religious ceremonies, dance recitals for external studios, and all other campus activity events. During both summers, worked full-time as student worker installing/maintaining AV equipment around the university including inventory management, CAT6 and coaxial cable-pulling, installing security cameras in administration buildings, and renovating the CU AV athletics broadcasting trailer.
