Hello, My name is Samuel Timm. I am a Bussiness Owner of Load Logic, LLC a full service House Repair and Cleaning Company based out of Sunny Tampa Florida, originally I'm from Alaska moving from one extreme to another. I originally have been a business owner for a total of 7 years and counting, I'm an entrepreneur at heart they say. so, Most recently my current project is a 1500 square foot single family dwelling in northern Indiana. Most recently I have gained an interest or passion of whosaleing vacant and distressed property's as well as multi family homes and Single Family Homes to be used as Rental property's for Friendly Investors like you or someone you know in Florida, and interestingly ever since I can remember it has been a goal of mine that will be tackled, all that that beind said Both of my Businesses strive proudly to work hand in hand to help home owners, Investors and business be successful in every way just like yours does.
