Module 6 DOSH TA 2023- Act as field engineer, provide timely progress update to the team and resolve issues arose at site. Perform boxup for equipment throughout the shutdown duration.Module 3 PS 2023- Area Engineer for Surface Condenser where full retubing was carried out at 3 Surface Condensers, a total of 15378 tubes were replaced inclusive of cutting, removal, insertion, expansion and end facing of tubes. - Revised the strategies and completed retubing activities at the last surface condenser within 17 days.Train 9 DOSH TA 2024- Area Focal for U1100 (AGRU) who took care of DOSH inspection activities, DOSH CUI and Internal Repair, ACF Changeout and Filter Replacement. Night shift coordinator for the 2nd half of the shutdown to chase the progress during night shift.Module 7 DOSH TA 2024- Area Focal who took care of Catalyst and AC Changeout associated with Emergent CUI DOSH Repair, which was observed during execution, strategize to allow SIMOPS between the two activities and eventually completed it without schedule impact.Module 1 PS 2023- Mechanical Planner for Module 1 PS. Collected job scopes from each discipline and brought forward to TASCO-1 during TA Initiation Phase.- Detailed planning for job pack (JMS, JHA, MCS, VP, ERP, etc.) post TASCO-1, followed by involvement in TARA, TAFIE, TASCO-2, SIMOPS, TASC, TARR, KOM for contract, Commercial Negotiation, etc.- Development of tender documents, logistic plan, AWDC, HEP, Communication Plan & Pack, RA, etc. during TAPP.- Monitor the progress of scaffolding erection, insulation removal, mobilization of manpower & equipment, etc. during Pre-Execution.- During execution, perform site checking daily, update stakeholders during progress meeting, resolved issues arose at site and called for technical meeting when there were emergent findings, integrated the activities and performed SIMOPS to further optimize the schedule, performed boxup and ensured there were no safety issues until the plant rundown.

- Placed under Maintenance Department, in the team of rotating equipment.- Involved in turnaround by taking part in the replacement of the centrifugal pump lead by the rotary team. - Perform PPM such as checking of misalignment and vibration of equipment, checking run out of the shaft and clearance of bearings, etc.- Perform maintenance activities such as replacement of bearing, shaft, mechanical seal and lubrication oil. - Involved in hands-on activities such as assembly and dismantling of pumps and steam turbines.
