Countering Hamas Propaganda through Open-Source intelligence databases

On behalf of the office of Representative Lou Correa, California (D-CA 46th District) Conducted intakes of contacts from constituents, received and greeted high-ranking, business, community, and political leaders, drafted memos concerning pending or proposed legislation, and processed incoming mail for prioritization.

Collected and collated voluminous information to target specific population groups. Promoted Civic engagement relative to voting rights, public policy and all matters of public interest.

Managed individual customer care processes directly for a total of 16 club units with two family in each, including: Maintaining the physical stability and comfort of all 16 units, serving as a concierge to the families in each cabana unit for food and other needs, and supervised a staff assistant.

Sat in on daily meetings with board members discussing upcoming events. Researched programs for charity to participate in. Coordinated the implementation of charity expansion and dialogue with community based services.
